How do you get messages as a psychic from the other side?

A psychic is someone who gets information and messages from the other side. I get messages from the creator, God as I know him/her. The messages come to me either in pictures, feeling, hearing, smell, or taste.

A medium is someone who is able to connect with deceased love one on the other side for someone. They can also communicate with Animal Spirits, Angels, Guides, Ascended Masters, and any other beings of light.

Shamanism is found in indigenous cultures across the world as a way of life. The Shaman goes into an altered state to perceive, interact, and communicate with the spirit world. What is Grounding?

Grounding is the anchoring of oneself to the earth energetically. By doing this you are more in your body, being in the present moment. The earth takes your excess energy and absorbs it so you do float or feel fuzzy. It keeps individuals from having their sensitivity be on overdrive, allowing an individual to remain focused.
